The models in the purchase without initial with automatic cycle production function, and has been used for eight years, mainly exists the following problems.
1) roller transmission can not work normally, and with the increase of the length of the bar, has been unable to feed.
2) charging is not convenient, because there is no auxiliary facilities and material need frequent occupation of gantry crane, influences the other procedure, reduces the efficiency in the use of gantry crane.
3) because there is no automatic cycle operation function, the workers need frequent operation button, take up the manpower.
4 after shear without transfer with auxiliary, need to manually pick up material, occupation manpower and labor intensity is big.
In view of the above question, to "downsizing, lean management" as the direction, through the installation of electronic sensors and transmission belt auxiliary tool, we should realize mechanization and automation of the transformation of the old type of equipment to achieve, in order to reduce labor costs and improve the work efficiency of the equipment. The author participated in the the project, through the understanding and analysis of bar shearing machine working principle and now face problems, aiming at the improvement on the item by item of the specific issues.
